By accessing the index you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Browsing, searching and opening company records is free of charge and requires no account. A free account releases corporate contact fields on company records. We may change the scope of free access, but we will not retroactively charge for access already provided.

Paid access adds decision maker contacts, unlimited downloads, bulk export, API access and additional premium fields. Paid access is billed in advance on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• circumvent access controls, rate limits or account gates;
• scrape or bulk-extract records outside the API entitlements of your plan;
• resell or redistribute the records as a competing database product;
• use contact data for unlawful messaging or in breach of applicable marketing law;
• interfere with the availability, integrity or security of the service.

Records are compiled from national ministries, commercial registries and other publicly available filings, and are monitored continuously. Records marked Verified have been cross-checked against a primary source. We aim for completeness and accuracy but do not warrant that any record is error free or current at a given moment.

The index is an information service. It is not legal, financial, compliance or credit advice, and it is not a substitute for official registry certificates or due diligence.

Individual registry facts are not owned by us. The compilation, structure, classification system, enrichment and presentation of the index, along with the Varosyan LLC name and marks, remain our property.

The service is provided on an as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varosyan LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken in reliance on a record.

If a record about your company is inaccurate, contact us with the registry reference and we will review it against the primary source. Requests concerning personal data are handled under the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the last updated date above, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
