AI Information

How automated systems are used inside the index, and how AI agents may use the index.

Last updated: 10 September 2026

Automated processing we perform

Ingestion, classification and enrichment are automated. Registry filings are parsed, entities are mapped to a consistent classification tree, duplicates are resolved and fields are normalised. Automated steps are the reason a new incorporation appears within minutes.

Verification

A record marked Verified has been cross-checked against a primary source. Automated enrichment is never presented as a primary source, and generated text is not used to invent registry facts.

Accuracy and correction

Automated systems can make mistakes. If a classification or field is wrong, tell us and we will review it against the primary source and correct the record.

AI crawlers and machine access

Public pages are open to AI crawlers, which is why the free index carries structured data. Machine-readable summaries are published at /llms.txt and /sitemap.xml. Bulk extraction beyond public page access belongs in the API, under the entitlements of your plan and the acceptable use rules in the Terms of Use.
