Company records are compiled from national ministries, commercial registries and other publicly available filings. Some fields, such as officer names or corporate contact details, can relate to identifiable people in their professional capacity. We process this data on the basis of legitimate interests in providing a corporate transparency and business information service, and we restrict contact fields behind an account.

To provide search and records, to operate accounts and access tiers, to prevent abuse and scraping, to meet legal obligations and to improve coverage and accuracy. We do not sell personal information.

We share data with the infrastructure, authentication, email and payment providers that run the service on our behalf, under contract and only as needed. We may disclose data where legally required.

Account data is retained while your account is open and for a limited period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Registry-sourced records are retained as part of the historical index, subject to correction and removal requests.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can also ask us to review a record about you or your company against its primary source. Contact us to exercise a right, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Access to production data is restricted and authenticated, and data is encrypted in transit. Our providers may process data outside your country, subject to appropriate safeguards.

The service is intended for business use and is not directed at children.

You can ask us to remove information about you or your company through the Do Not Sell or Share My Information page. We email you a confirmation link, and once you open it a person verifies that you are the individual named or an authorised representative of the business before anything is removed. We reply to every confirmed request.

Session and preference storage is described in the Cookie Policy. We do not use advertising cookies and do not share browser identifiers for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Changes are reflected in the last updated date above. Where a change materially affects how we use personal data, we will make that clear on this page.
